Bierman is excited to announce that it has partnered with Salem University to offer a first of its kind Registered Behavior Technician preparation program. This program is to support aspiring behavior technicians in earning the credentials and on-the-job experience required to sit for the Behavior Analysis Certification board RBT® exam. This unique partnership addresses the growing need for trained behavior technicians in the classroom.

This program is currently accepting applicants in: Arizona, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina and Rhode Island,

We are excited to announce that there are many scholarship opportunities available! 

This program:

  • Provides students with an introduction to the concepts and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
  • Employs the practitioner-scholar model of professional training, pairing theoretical study with onsite clinical training
  • Gives students experience working alongside professional behavior analysts
  • Teaches students how to help patients develop adaptive skills for optimal functioning in educational, family, social, and occupational roles
