2. Attendees will how the Committee supports and works with the Arizona State Board of Psychologist Examiners.
3. Attendees will receive an overview of the missteps that LBAs and BCBAs are currently making that lead to complaints in AZ.
4. Attendees will examine ways to participate in and affect public policy and regulation.
Description of Learning CE Event:
Arizona Behavior Analyst have been governed and licensure by the Arizona State Board of Psychologist
Examiners since 2010. Given the growth of our fields and growing access to our services, Arizona
Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) must work to understand the Rules, Statues, and Board that governs
them. Some of the topics to be covered include how Arizona statues and regulations impact the
practice of Behavior Analysis, supervision practices, and protect the welfare of Arizona citizens.
