What Could Your Career Path Look Like as a Behavior Technician?

Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician, you are using ABA Therapy to transform the lives of children diagnosed with autism and other developmental and language delays. Our one-on-one approach is focused on natural play to teach foundational skills our kids can build on, and every child’s success is unique!

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Once you complete our 3-week paid training program, you will take the RBT exam and become a Registered Behavior Technician! Benefit from the guidance of a dedicated mentor as you work through customized coursework and hands-on training designed to build your skills and prepare you for the role of Team Lead.

Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will oversee a pod of Behavior Technicians and act as a role model for your pod, and assist the leadership team in training new and existing employees!

Clinician in Training (CiT)

The CiT program provides our Behavior Technicians with the resources and support they need to quickly advance their careers to become Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) through targeted training and development opportunities.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

After completing your education and testing required to become a BCBA, you will be able to accelerate client success through the direct oversight and care of client programming for a caseload of clients.

Clinical Leadership

Advance into leadership and unlock opportunities to become a Clinical Director, Director of Service, or Director of Clinical Excellence and accelerate client success through effective oversight of clinical quality, ethical practice, and client outcomes.

Clinician-in-Training
