Why an IRB Board: The IRB serves as an objective third party, an oversight committee, that follows national regulations with the purpose of protecting and managing risk to human participants involved in research. It ensures that only ethical and scientifically valid research is implemented.
Why is an IRB Board Important to us: We are committed to pursuing excellence within the field. It ensures that the care we provide is evidence-based, ethically sound, fair, and non-experimental. It will enable us to continue to provide the highest quality of care through the latest developments within the field. The research will also provide insight on how to train our clinicians.
