Christina Gallagher is a Precision Teacher and practitioner in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her passion for helping children led her to Temple University, where she received a Master’s in Special Education and later went on to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her current role, she is working on designing and developing an instructional library for practitioners to teach communication and social skills using naturalistic and play-based strategies.
Chad is joining our team from Strive Health, a healthcare start-up based in Denver, CO, where he was the Director of Finance & Accounting. Chad is originally from Tennessee where he grew up and entered the military after high school. He served 14 years in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army as both enlisted and officer with some time overseas before embarking on his finance career. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Ohio University with a Masters in Financial Economics. He currently lives in Westfield, IN with his wife and two young boys (15 & 11) and two dogs.
Jessica graduated from Ball State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. After graduating, she became a preschool teacher where she discovered that working with children with special needs was her true calling. Jessica has been in the field of ABA for almost 5 years now. She finds the world of ABA extremely fascinating and incredibly rewarding. In Jessica’s free time, she loves cooking, being outdoors, rooting for her favorite sports teams, and spending time with her friends, family, and fiancé.
Fumi has spent her entire career working in the field of ABA starting as a therapist for children with autism. She continued working in the field while earning her PhD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2016. She has taught semester courses for Masters’ and PhD students as an adjunct faculty in addition to her clinical experience as a BCBA. In recent years, she has been able to expand on her passion for ABA and teaching by focusing on developing trainings for new clinicians and building quality assurance systems for the organizations she has worked with. When not working, Fumi enjoys spending time with her family and friends and participating in organizations such as the Japanese Association for Behavior Analysis and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee at Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis.
Julianne started her career in Speech Language Pathology over 10 years ago. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Marywood University in Scranton, PA. Julianne strongly believes in the importance of developing a solid rapport with children and families. She enjoys using her fun and flexible personality to engage children in various activities to improve their overall functional communication skills. She continues her career as Director of Speech Services with Bierman ABA. In her free time, Julianne likes to spend time with her husband, Jake, her daughter, Reagan, and her spunky Boston Terrier, Rocco. She enjoys traveling and going to the beach.
