Call-Out Process

Opt-In for Weather Updates

Use our Call-Out line, 305-270-4736, for these reasons:

  • Prior to 7 am, use the Call-Out line to report any unplanned absences (illnesses, emergencies, etc.).

Contact your Practice Manager for the following reasons:

  • Unplanned absences after 7 am.
  • You will be more than 10 minutes late for pick up or drop off.
  • You need to make a change to your child’s therapy schedule.
  • You are planning a vacation or need to schedule a planned absence for your child.

Contact your Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the following reasons:

  • You have questions, ideas or concerns regarding your child’s therapy, therapist(s), Treatment Plan (TP), or VB-MAPP Assessment.
  • You would like to schedule a meeting about your child’s therapy.

It’s important to communicate directly with your BCBA in these matters, so they know of any changes, questions, comments, or concerns and can take appropriate action to address these matters promptly and effectively.
