Jessica Rydberg, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Jessica began her professional journey as a special education teacher through the New York City Teaching Fellows program. She has held various roles throughout her career, including special education teacher, behavior analyst, staff trainer, and quality coordinator. As quality coordinator, she led the development and execution of a BCBA trainee supervision program, working with trainees and students across the United States.

Jessica has worked in diverse environments, including homes, public and private schools, and clinics. She has worked with clients aged 3 to 21 with a range of diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, traumatic brain injuries, learning disabilities, and emotional disabilities.

Jessica has worked in the field for over 19 years and obtained her behavior analyst certification in 2014. She holds a Master’s Degree in special education from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College.

Growing up in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Jessica has lived in several states, including Connecticut, New York, and Arizona, before finding her home in beautiful New Hampshire. In her free time, Jessica enjoys going on adventures with her two sons, reading, gardening outdoors, hiking, camping, and soaking up the sunshine whenever possible.
