In 2021 Bierman was listed in the top-10 of training providers for the Registered Behavior Technician examination pass rates. This puts Bierman in the top 10 in the nation according to the Board Association for Behavior Analysis (BACB). Our scores also put us alongside some of the top universities in the country in the effectiveness of our RBT training.

Autism Parent Training

Every month Bierman offers CEU courses for Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and ABA Therapists. Participants in the virtual CEU will receive a certificate on completion of a class. These classes are offered for free to Bierman employees. Some topics we cover are:

  • Inclusion and diversity
  • Ethics
  • Precision teaching
  • Stimulus control
