We work with children aged 18 months to 9 years, providing a range of services to meet their individual needs:
Our Massachusetts centers now offer Evening Explorers, a structured after-school ABA therapy program for elementary-aged children with autism or Down syndrome.
Designed for the hours between 4 pm and 8 pm, Evening Explorers provides focused, play-based therapy that supports communication, social, and functional skills in a warm, engaging environment guided by trained clinicians.
This program is ideal for families who need consistent after-school support and for children who benefit from small-group learning and targeted skill development. Evening Explorers is not drop-in childcare or a replacement for full-time intensive ABA therapy.

Yes. Massachusetts law now allows Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to be covered for children with a Down syndrome diagnosis. This is an important step forward for families seeking support that builds functional skills such as communication, independence, and daily living through structured, goal-focused learning.
Each child’s program is built around their unique goals, skills, and pace of learning. Teams use ongoing data to guide decisions and adjust strategies so progress stays meaningful and achievable.
Families are partners in the process. Caregivers are included in goal-setting, progress discussions, and strategies that support learning across settings.
Bierman operates with a teaching-hospital model for ABA. That means care is grounded in evidence, outcomes are measured and shared, and clinicians are supported through ongoing training and mentorship to deliver high-quality services.
