Our dedicated payer relations team partners closely with health plans to ensure seamless collaboration across contracting, credentialing, and authorization coordination. Through a consistent reporting cadence, we provide transparent insights into access, utilization, and clinical outcomes across our centers. Our team also keeps partners informed about new center openings, expanded autism therapy services, and meaningful clinical data that demonstrate the quality and impact of care delivered to the children and families we serve.
Bierman is committed to operating in close alignment with health plan policies, clinical criteria, and reimbursement guidelines across the full care journey. Our teams collaborate with payer partners to maintain consistent processes for intake, authorizations, clinical documentation, and billing, reducing administrative complexity and improving operational transparency.
