Jenny serves as the Director of Payer Relationships and Contracts, building on nearly 20 years of administrative and operational experience in ABA, including in-clinic operations management, compliance, contracting, and payer relations. She also managed a network of ABA providers in Northern California, and that experience gives her a valuable payer perspective in her role. She is deeply passionate about customer service and about building systems and resources that add real value to both the business and its people. She approaches her work with the heart of a helper and a commitment to excellence.
