Jalynn began her career at Bierman as a Registered Behavior Technician, and her path from RBT to Director of Insurance reflects both her drive and Bierman’s commitment to growing leaders from within. As Director of Insurance, she is passionate about navigating complex challenges, building strong relationships, and creating solutions that make a meaningful difference for the people and teams she serves. She thrives on connecting the dots between people, processes, and opportunities to improve outcomes and drive meaningful results.
Jalynn especially enjoys learning about the many different insurance plans and payer structures her families encounter, and finds real fulfillment in making sure those families have direct access to the services they need — without having to worry about the insurance side of things themselves.
Outside of work, Jalynn is a second-degree black belt in martial arts, enjoys cooking, and never turns down an opportunity to watch Jeopardy!
