Saleem Alinur serves as Executive Vice President of Payer Relations & Contracting at Bierman Autism Centers, where he leads enterprise-wide payer strategy, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships that support the organization’s growth and mission of delivering exceptional autism care across multiple states.
With more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, Saleem is a highly accomplished managed care executive recognized for building high-value partnerships, driving operational excellence, and achieving sustainable business results. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex contracting and payer relations initiatives across both regional and national healthcare organizations.
Prior to joining Bierman Autism Centers, Saleem held leadership positions with several prominent healthcare organizations, including Florida Blue, the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Select Medical, and Kindred Hospitals. His broad industry experience spans provider networks, managed care, hospital systems, and health plan operations, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on healthcare strategy and value-based partnerships.
Saleem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management. He is also Six Sigma Black Belt trained, bringing a data-driven and continuous improvement mindset to organizational leadership and performance optimization.
