The kids move forward. So do you. Bierman’s Indiana centers run on structured mentorship, daily measurement, and a clear path from Behavior Technician to Clinical Director, the same teaching hospital model we use across the organization.
Our Avon, Broad Ripple, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and Westfield centers deliver Center-Based ABA Therapy, Speech and Occupational Therapy, and Diagnostics for children with autism. Since 2006, Bierman has developed clinicians rather than just deploying them: mentorship is structured, progress is visible every day, and your own growth is mapped from the day you start. If you want ABA work where you can see the outcomes and see your own path, Indiana is a place to build it.
Team Leads, Clinical Directors, and BCBAs coach in the room, not from a distance.
Daily measurement means you always know whether something is working, and you have the data to act on it.
A high-expectations environment with the support infrastructure to match.
"Progress is visible. I'm not guessing whether something is working."

These are not perks. They are how we operate in Avon, Broad Ripple, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and Westfield. Every program connects into one system designed to help clinicians grow from day one.
People don't grow by accident. Bierman University connects onboarding, role-based curriculum, CEUs, and leadership programs into one system, so growth is expected and supported rather than left to chance. Every program below runs through it.

PEBBL embeds research directly into clinical workflows. Clinicians collect session data, mentors help shape it into pragmatic studies, and findings get shared through conferences, journals, and monthly webinars. Contributor and Fellowship tracks offer protected research time, CEUs, and authorship credit. If you want to work somewhere that takes the science seriously enough to advance it, this is that place.
Caseloads, supervision, and pacing are not afterthoughts here. They are deliberate design choices that protect quality and protect clinicians.
Caseloads are deliberately limited so you can give every learner your full attention and do your best clinical work.
Programming decisions happen on a tight loop. You will never wait months to find out whether something is working.
In-center oversight means quality is protected in the moment, not reviewed after the fact.
