Bryan Droesch, EdD, BCBA, COBA serves as the Interim Director of Services for Ohio at Bierman Autism Centers. A results-oriented behavior analyst and collaborative leader, Bryan partners with clinicians and operational teams to help organizations and individuals reach their full potential. He brings deep expertise in program management, organizational development, and process improvement, translating data into practical systems that elevate quality, efficiency, and the client experience. Bryan is known for designing individualized performance development strategies and for a robust record of mentoring early-career clinicians into confident practitioners and future leaders. In his current role, he oversees clinical operations across Ohio, drives cross-functional alignment, and advances initiatives that strengthen outcomes for children and families.
