Phil serves as the Director of Finance at Bierman Autism Centers, where he oversees all finance and accounting functions and plays a key role in shaping the organization’s financial strategy. Working closely with the executive leadership team, Phil leads financial planning and forecasting, builds scalable systems, and drives operational efficiency to support Bierman’s continued growth and long-term sustainability.
With over a decade of progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting, Phil has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen financial performance in high-growth environments.
