Kat Miller serves as the Director of Services for Ohio at Bierman Autism Centers, bringing over two and a half years of impactful leadership to the organization. As Bierman’s first Practice Manager in Ohio, Kat played a foundational role in establishing and growing the region, developing emerging leaders, and strengthening operational performance across multiple centers.
Widely recognized as a force multiplier, Kat has made significant contributions to enterprise-wide initiatives through her work on the Enterprise and Performance Strategy (EPS) team. In this role, she expanded her influence beyond Ohio by supporting system-wide improvements, enhancing operational effectiveness, and elevating center performance across the organization.
Kat’s leadership is defined by her commitment to developing others, driving high-quality operations, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. In her role as Director of Services, she will oversee Bierman’s Ohio centers to ensure exceptional client experiences and strong center performance.
