Camille Almeida-Pisano serves as the Director of People Strategy & Field Enablement at Bierman Autism Centers, bringing over six years of experience and a deep, firsthand understanding of Bierman’s centers, teams, and operational systems. Her career at Bierman reflects a unique and comprehensive growth journey, having advanced through roles including Registered Behavior Technician, Practice Manager, HR & Talent Development Manager, and most recently, a key contributor on the Enterprise and Performance Strategy (EPS) team.
In her current role, Camille operates at the intersection of Bierman University, center leadership, and execution. She is responsible for ensuring that Bierman’s leadership development systems and training programs are fully embedded into daily center operations—supporting consistent, high-quality leadership practices across the organization.
Camille partners closely with Directors of Services, Clinical Directors, and Practice Managers to strengthen leadership capability, support onboarding and development, and translate Bierman University resources into meaningful daily and monthly leadership rhythms. She also plays a critical role in identifying adoption gaps, sharing field insights, and strengthening leadership pipelines to support succession planning and sustainable growth.
