On-Site Visits Welcome

Additionally, you will be invited to visit our centers to see our clinical model, documentation standards, supervision structure, and progress monitoring systems in practice.

Transparent Communication

We provide clear visibility into service locations, service models, and access expectations, and we maintain defined communication pathways for referrals, authorizations, and documentation.

Dedicated Payer Relations Team

Our dedicated payer relations team partners closely with health plans to ensure seamless collaboration across contracting, credentialing, and authorization coordination. Through a consistent reporting cadence, we provide transparent insights into access, utilization, and clinical outcomes across our centers. Our team also keeps partners informed about new center openings, expanded autism therapy services, and meaningful clinical data that demonstrate the quality and impact of care delivered to the children and families we serve.

Streamlined Process for Your Members

Bierman is committed to operating in close alignment with health plan policies, clinical criteria, and reimbursement guidelines across the full care journey. Our teams collaborate with payer partners to maintain consistent processes for intake, authorizations, clinical documentation, and billing, reducing administrative complexity and improving operational transparency. This coordinated approach supports cleaner claims, faster resolution, and a more reliable experience for members, providers, and health plans alike.

Become Part of a Network that Spans 7 States!

Bierman operates 30+ centers (and growing!) across seven states, including Arizona, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, and Rhode Island.

Each of our autism therapy centers is part of a collaborative network that shares clinical standards, intake systems, and service models. Centers are located in key metro and suburban areas to reduce travel time and meet access standards.

Our centers provide Center-Based ABA Therapy.

Bierman participates with Medicaid in Arizona, Indiana, and Massachusetts, with additional state participation evaluated as networks expand.

Bierman’s center footprint spans seven states and includes the following city-level locations:

AZ
Arizona 2 centers
MA
Massachusetts 4 centers
NC
North Carolina 3 centers
OH
Ohio 7 centers
RI
Rhode Island 4 centers

This broad footprint supports both statewide and regional plan designs. For health plans with multi-state or multi-region products, partnering with a single provider across several states can simplify contracting, credentialing, and data sharing.

Because geographic access is a key metric in network adequacy, Bierman’s payer relations team is prepared to collaborate to identify locations where expanded service, like on-site speech and occupational therapy, may best align with your members’ needs and compliance goals.

How Does Our Clinical Model Work?

At the heart of our network is our play-based, individualized ABA therapy model for children aged approximately 18 months to 10 years.

Our clinical model is:

  • Evidence-based and data-driven
  • Designed for early intervention, especially ages 18mos – 2 yrs
  • Built around the child’s strengths and interests
  • Delivered by credentialed staff, including BCBAs and RBTs
  • Supported by parental coaching for consistency at home

Care is individualized and play-based to support engagement and skill acquisition, with progress monitored consistently and programs adjusted when data indicates a plateau.
