Bierman Autism Centers

20 Years of Outcomes · 2006–2026

Progress doesn't happen by chance. It happens by design.

Bierman is built to deliver faster, more consistent outcomes because we measure progress daily and act on it quickly. Here’s what 20 years of doing that looks like.

375+ Program Graduations Since 2006
>60% Transition to Gen Ed Verified post-graduation
~19mo Avg Time to Graduation From start of services
~90% Parent Satisfaction Across all survey waves

The Scale Behind the Scenes

3M+ Therapy Hours Delivered across 7 states
1M+ Goals Mastered Each one a step toward independence
30+ Centers Nationwide Same standards across every location
20 Years of Excellence Founded 2006

Accountability Beyond Graduation

Outcomes don't end at graduation. Neither does our measurement.

Most ABA providers report outcomes at graduation. Bierman tracks what happens after through a four-wave longitudinal parent survey that verifies progress is real and lasting.

1 Day of Graduation
Initial satisfaction and functional readiness captured at the point of graduation.
2 6-Month Follow-Up
School placement verified. Family outcomes assessed 6 months post-graduation.
3 1-Year Follow-Up
Progress verified at the one-year mark, confirming that gains are holding.
4 2-Year Follow-Up
Final longitudinal check confirming outcomes have held over time.

How Outcomes are Protected

The systems behind the results.

Every outcome is the result of clinical decisions made on purpose. Our systems are designed to keep children moving forward, catch plateaus early, and maintain consistent quality across every center.

3–5 days
Goal review cadence
Programming decisions made every 3 to 5 days. Plateaus are identified early and momentum stays strong.
7
Maximum caseload per clinician
Capped below the BACB's own recommended ceiling of 12. A deliberate constraint to protect quality.
87%
Clinical supervision onsite
Not remote. In-center oversight means quality is protected in the moment, not reviewed after the fact.

The Teaching Hospital Difference

Not another ABA provider. A teaching hospital for pediatric therapy.

Bierman serves two missions at once: delivering exceptional outcomes for children and developing outstanding clinicians through mentorship, continuous learning, and a shared clinical standard. The Teaching Hospital model is why outcomes are consistent across 30+ centers and 7 states, not dependent on which clinician a child happens to be assigned to.

89–95% RBT Exam Pass Rate vs. 73–75% national avg (2024–2025)
85% BCBA Exam Pass Rate Clinicians trained at Bierman (2025)
100+ Bierman University Courses Structured development from day one
150 Internal Promotions in 2025 90% of clinical directors promoted internally

PEBBL: We don't just follow the evidence. We generate it.

PEBBL, the Progress through Evidence-Based BehavioLab, embeds research directly into our clinical workflows, using real-world data from our own centers to continuously improve how we deliver care. It means the outcomes we report today are already informing how we raise the bar tomorrow.
