Alyssa Lovill brings over 20 years of experience in the autism field to her role as Director of Services for New Jersey at Bierman Autism Centers. A results-driven professional with extensive expertise across social and human services—including education, behavioral health, residential programming, healthcare, and housing services—Alyssa is passionate about delivering impactful programs that foster growth and empowerment for children and families.
Alyssa is skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams, developing effective programs, and building collaborative partnerships to enhance service delivery. As a current Field Instructor for Walden University’s Master’s program in Social Work, she mentors and guides the next generation of social work professionals, reflecting her commitment to shaping the future of care and advocacy.
Outside of work, Alyssa is a proud mom of three girls and an avid supporter of youth sports. She spends her free time cheering on her daughters at the ball fields and coaching a National Fastpitch Softball team. Alyssa’s dedication to excellence in her field and her passion for making a difference align perfectly with Bierman Autism Centers’ mission to create progress and possibilities™ for every child.
