Caitlin Asemota serves as the Director of Clinical Excellence for Massachusetts and Rhode Island at Bierman Autism Centers. A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Caitlin brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized care.
Over nearly five years with Bierman, Caitlin has grown from Behavior Analyst into a respected clinical leader, previously serving in a Clinical Director capacity. She is known for her thoughtful leadership, integrity, and ability to support both client outcomes and team development. Her background as a special educator further informs her holistic, learner-centered approach to care.
In her current role, Caitlin partners closely with clinical leadership teams to elevate clinical quality, ensure consistency in best practices, and support the ongoing development of clinicians across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is passionate about fostering environments where children can thrive and clinicians can grow—advancing Bierman’s mission to create progress and possibilities® for every child and family.
