Hillary has been a dedicated member of the Bierman Autism Centers team for over four years, starting as a BCBA Clinical Supervisor and now serving as a Director of Services. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from New York University and a Master’s in Special Education (K-6) from Montclair State University. Additionally, she completed her post-master’s coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through the Florida Institute of Technology and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018.


Hillary’s experience spans a variety of settings, including school-based, center-based, and home-based environments, working with clients ranging in age from 18 months to 23 years old. Her professional interests include joint attention, parent training, and sleep training, where she brings her expertise and passion to create meaningful progress for the families she serves.


Outside of work, Hillary enjoys spending time with her six pets, reading, exploring new coffee shops, and staying active through exercise.
