Kelly graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2013, where she minored in Education and specialized in Developmental Disabilities and Human Services. Prior to joining the Bierman ABA team in Boston, she worked a year long internship in an ABA centered school. In addition to her internship, she has been working with children for 6 years. Kelly began working with children in a residential camp setting, and later became a preschool teacher for several years. She received her masters degree in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College.
