Lindsey has over 11 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for over eight years. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals across the lifespan, from young children to adolescents and adults, supporting meaningful skill development and behavior change.
With a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University, Lindsey is deeply passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and mentoring the next generation of behavior analysts. She is committed to utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, individualized care that creates meaningful and lasting impact for clients and their families.
Lindsey joined Bierman Autism in 2021 as a BCBA and later served as a Clinical Director from 2023 to 2026. She now serves as Director of Clinical Excellence for Massachusetts and Rhode Island, where she partners with teams to elevate clinical quality, foster professional growth, and ensure exceptional care for clients and families across the region.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, and attending live music events.
