Paul has almost 20 years experience working in the field of behavior analysis. He received his master’s degree in 2002 from the University of the Pacific and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2003. During his career he has worked in and consulted to many settings including public schools, private schools for children with autism, center-based ABA services, residential facilities, and in-home services.

Most recently Paul served as the Director of Clinical Systems at May Institute. In this role Paul was responsible for guiding the organization’s move to an electronic practice management and data collection system, creating efficient workflows related to the implementation of this software, and high level data analysis of the information in this system (both directly in the system and creating interactive dashboards using business intelligence software). Prior to entering his most recent role Paul has worked in multiple organizations focusing on the use of technology to build systems that allow for the efficient delivery of high-quality behavior analytic services.

His main professional interests include functional assessment, visualizing data, creating systems for efficient delivery of quality ABA services, and integrating technology in behavior analysis services. Paul has presented at numerous regional and national conferences on topics such as using technology to provide ABA services, data collection, data visualization, and functional assessment.
