Victoria R. Verdun, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA, is the Director of Clinical Excellence for New Jersey at Bierman Autism Centers, where she oversees clinical quality across six centers and mentors behavior analysts in research-driven, evidence-based practice. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in both New Jersey and New York.


Dr. Verdun earned her PhD and MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Emory University’s Marcus Autism Center in the School of Medicine. Her work bridges clinical practice, research, and teacher preparation, with expertise in verbal behavior, generative instruction, peer tutoring, and bidirectional naming.
She has published in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and the Journal of Behavioral Education, contributed a book chapter on schedules of reinforcement and punishment, and presents regularly at national and state conferences. In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Verdun serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University, and Hunter College, where she teaches graduate coursework in applied behavior analysis and philosophy of behaviorism.
